August Thought of the Month

I'm not all that into the Olympics, but I do watch the women's gymnastics competitions when I can. We love to see these girls and women defy gravity with such poise, grace, and confidence. Even when they wobble, fall, or miss the mark, they rise again to try again. Whether they medal or not, they have earned their places on that stage.

We may not aspire so high or compete in such a specialized field, but we all start the same way. The first step toward any goal in life is the belief that we CAN do it. So focus on your foundation of belief in yourself, and when you waiver, take the time you need to find your center again and keep going forward.
